For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, HNWI Private Limited (“HNWI”) refers to HNWI Private Limited, a company incorporated in Singapore, and includes its website, online services, and all communications, materials, and services provided by HNWI in any form, whether provided directly or under any trading name, brand name, sub-brand, division, or service line under which HNWI operates from time to time.

2. Role of HNWI and Regulatory Status
HNWI acts solely as an introducer and independent consultancy. HNWI does not provide financial advice, investment advice, asset management services, legal advice, tax advice, or any other regulated service. All regulated activities — including due diligence, compliance checks, financial advisory services, asset management, and transaction execution — are performed exclusively by fully licensed third-party service provider(s). HNWI does not verify investment opportunities, participate in transactions, or make decisions on behalf of clients, and does not recommend that you buy, sell, or hold any specific investment product. HNWI does not tailor information to your individual circumstances in a manner that would constitute a financial advisory service.
Where HNWI directly delivers non-regulated services — including marketing communications, brand strategy, event coordination, technology implementation, travel facilitation, research, or capability development — HNWI does so as an independent service provider, and all limitations, exclusions, and disclaimers set out in these Terms and Conditions apply equally to such direct service delivery.
HNWI does not receive, hold, manage, or control client monies, securities, or other assets, and does not accept or transmit client instructions for the execution of any transaction. Any fees or compensation received by HNWI are not tied to investment performance or investment outcomes. Any relationship between you and any third-party service provider(s) is a separate and independent contractual arrangement to which HNWI is not a party.
HNWI does not act as agent, representative, affiliate, or intermediary of any third-party service provider(s) for any purpose, and has no authority to bind any third-party service provider(s) to any obligation or commitment. Likewise, third-party service provider(s) are not agents, employees, or joint venture parties of HNWI and have no authority to bind HNWI.
HNWI does not independently verify, assess, audit, or endorse the credentials, regulatory standing, suitability, conduct, financial soundness, or performance of any third-party service provider(s) introduced or referred by HNWI. You are solely responsible for conducting your own independent due diligence on any third-party service provider(s) before engaging with them.
HNWI owes no fiduciary duty, duty of care, or duty of loyalty to any user, client, or counterparty. Nothing in HNWI’s role as introducer or consultancy creates any advisory, custodial, or fiduciary relationship between HNWI and any person.
HNWI is not licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore to provide financial advisory, fund management, or any other regulated services, and does not carry on any regulated activity as defined under the Financial Advisers Act (Cap. 110) or the Securities and Futures Act (Cap. 289). Nothing on this website, in any related service, or in any communication from HNWI should be construed as holding HNWI out as a licensed financial adviser, fund manager, bank, or other regulated financial institution. All such regulated services are performed exclusively by fully licensed third-party service provider(s).
